History
DeLuca Realty has been serving Steubenville, Wintersville, Richmond, Rayland, Mingo Junction and local Eastern Ohio area for many years. The company, located at 560 Canton Road in Wintersville, Ohio, was founded by Rick DeLuca in January of 2001 after numerous years as a local realtor and businessman. Since that time, DeLuca Realty has become a well-known name in the real estate market in Steubenville, Wintersville, Mingo Junction, Richmond, Toronto and throughout the Jefferson County area. DeLuca Realty is constantly expanding its market area and has marketed homes in Jefferson, Belmont, Harrison, Columbiana and Monroe Counties.
In 2007, DeLuca Realty expanded its services to the Lorain and Cuyahoga County regions. Rick DeLuca served as the 2004 and 2009 President of the Steubenville Area Board of Realtors and was selected as the 2004 and 2009 "Realtor of the Year".
Rick DeLuca was elected as the OAR District 7 Vice President for the 2008-2009 term, was re-elected as District 7 VP for a second term running through 2010-2011 and is currently serving his second stint as president of the Steubenville Area Board of Realtors.
